Sport fishing is perhaps the greatest challenge going for the modern angler: hooking big, fast, powerful fish on the lightest line you can get away with. Sydney’s harbour reefs, washes and offshore grounds are made for it, holding hard-running kingfish, tuna, mahi mahi and more that will test your skill and your drag to the limit.
We run whatever method is firing on the day, casting poppers and soft plastics, jigging the reefs, or live baiting with yellowtail, all on top-of-the-range Shimano Stella and Saragosa reels. The crew coaches you through every run, so whether you are chasing a personal best or your first proper sportfish, you are in the box seat for the fight.

Every technique in the book
Sport fishing is an active, hands-on style, and we switch it up to match the fish and the conditions on the day.
Casting & jigging
Fire poppers and soft plastics at the reefs and washes, or work a metal jig down deep and hang on. It is fast, physical fishing and seriously addictive, and we show you the technique, so no experience is needed to get amongst them.
Live baiting & trolling
When the big kings and pelagics are on, we live bait with yellowtail or troll lures across the grounds. It is the surest way to tempt a trophy, and the strike, when it comes, is heart-stopping.
Coached by a champion
Sport fishing rewards good technique, and there are few better teachers than George. A champion angler with more than 30 years on Sydney’s water, George knows exactly where the fish hold and how to tempt them on light gear.
